By accepting an estimate, as the client you are agreeing to all terms and conditions. You authorize Elev8tion Pressure Washing Service to do the work as specified in the estimate. You release our company from damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles, or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, lose or improperly installed gutters and leaders and improper caulking. As the client, you understand that the cleaning service will be completed within the timeframe given at the time of the estimate. Due to some unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, the service may have to be moved to the next available business day. Our company will do our best to accommodate a quick reschedule but will be working around other scheduled clients and weather. A $75 non-refundable deposit will be required for all residential properties. This will be applied towards your balance. Amounts will vary for commercial properties which will also be non-refundable.

Payments: Payments to Elev8tion Pressure Washing Service are ALWAYS due at the completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made prior to receiving the service. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check and credit/debit.

Service Charge: Please note that for credit card transactions, a service charge will be applied as a percentage of the total bill. This charge helps us offset the fees imposed by credit card companies.

Scheduling: Scheduling in a business which productivity solely relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect job start time and completion. You will be notified of any changes. In the event the client must reschedule, you must provide at least a 48-hour notice if possible.

Courtesy and Safety: While on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off work surface for at least 24 hours after our work is completed. This is for your safety as well as our own. Dependent upon the work performed, a longer time frame may be required. You will be notified if a longer time frame is needed.

Removal & Replacement of Property Contents: Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. We will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. Should we need to remove items from the work or surrounding area, an additional charge may be applied for time and labor devoted to the removal of these items. Please let us know during the time of the estimate if our company will need to remove these items so that this charge will be included at that time.

Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by pressure washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed. We will make every attempt to point these areas out to the client when providing the estimate. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.

Water Usage: Elev8tion Pressure Washing has the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the work without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.
